Our Mission
Edlin Health & Wellness Coaching is dedicated to helping children, teenagers and adults overcome mental health challenges and build resilience. Mental challenges do not occur in isolation, so we focus on the entire family and change harmful family dynamics to build stronger and more loving relationships. Our founder's extensive research experience and clinical psychology background inform our coaching approach, which is designed to help clients achieve their goals and live their best lives. Our founder graduated Cum Laude from UC Santa Barbara with a double major in Psychology & Sociology. Her passion for mental health led her to complete a masters at Columbia University in Clinical Psychology where she graduated with honors. Edlin Gonzales is a daughter of immigrants who learned first hand how to challenge and overcome self-doubt, anxiety, and how to achieve post-traumatic growth. Edlin Gonzales is bi-lingual and bi-cultural, she sees both Spanish & English speaking clients. Edlin's passion for mental health & wellness led her to create a space for others to grow and learn with the aid of caring & vetted professionals.

We take a holistic approach that involves the entire family system and addresses mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Depression & Anxiety Coaching
Our depression coaching program is designed to help people overcome feelings of sadness and hopelessness and develop the skills they need to thrive. Through a combination of talk therapy and practical exercises, we help clients identify the root causes of their depression and develop strategies to manage their symptoms. Our Anxiety coaching program helps you master skills that will relieve symptoms that lead to self-doubt and feelings of being overwhelmed or on edge.

Our ADHD coaching program is designed to help people with attention and focus challenges develop the skills they need to succeed in school, work, and in life.
